LEGO Serious Play is a facilitated methodology created by The LEGO group. Its hands-on design thinking approach helps leaders and teams articulate and solve problems together using LEGO® bricks.

Using 3 dimensional models, leaders and teams can use their creativity and imagination to create powerful metaphors and imagery to share their ideas and tell their stories. People are encouraged to think with their hands and listen with their eyes to better understand and communicate with one another.
